FIff announces 'The 7th Hour' lineup

The 36th edition of the Fajr International Film Festival (FIff) has revealed the lineup of films at the 'The 7th Hour' section, set for younger audiences.

Students and kids aged pre-K through middle school (the target demographic for the Festival), can watch 11 Iranian and foreign movies during the program, which has been added to the main sections of the annual event.

The program will provide a range of national and international films. It is dedicated to children and their families, but fans can also attend its special screenings.

The visitors can attend the screenings in several venues across the capital and the lineup is as follows:

'El Clasico' by Halkawt Mustafa from Iraq and Norway

'The Little Prince' by Mark Osborne from France and Canada

'The Little Mountain Boy' by Xavier Koller from Switzerland and Germany

'Lion' by Garth Davis from Australia

'150 Milligrams' by Emmanuelle Bercot from France

'Hello' by Mohammad-Reza Haj-Gholami from Iran

'Alphabet' by Kianoush Abedi from Iran

'Crow’s Nest' by Reyhaneh Kavosh from Iran

'Moon Said: Plop Plop Help' by Reyhaneh Kavosh from Iran

'Empty View' by Ali Zare-Qanatnowi from Iran

'The Elephant King' by Hadi Mohammadian from Iran.

The 36th edition of the festival is slated for April 19-27, 2018, in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.
